My husband and I had our house on the market for over four months and despite our best efforts failed to achieve any firm offers. We employed the services of Chrysalis Interior Design who guided us through a number of incredible and inexpensive home staging techniques that transformed our home. Samantha photographed the property and we submitted them to the estate agent who received multiple viewings within the first week of re-marketing and we accepted an offer over the asking price shortly afterwards. Chrysalis helped in the staging of our house prior to sale. As long term owners we were probably too familiar with our house and needed an expert and detached view as to what was needed. Ms Mansell provided this in a quiet, enthusiastic and professional manner. Most importantly she has a very sympathetic approach when considering clients needs. She also kept well within budget and did not simply throw money at the project. The transformation over two days was remarkable and the house sold in three days at the full asking price. We have already engaged her to oversee the furnishing of our new house in Spring 2014.
