Dawn Bennett Interior Design focuses on three core services - Interior Design, Home Staging and De-cluttering of your chosen spaces. "Time for Change" Our first telephone/video call will provide you with the opportunity to talk to me about the spaces you would like to change and whether they require Interior Design, Home Staging or De-cluttering. We will ask a series of questions designed to trigger thoughts/ideas. These will enable us to bring our conversation to a conclusion and enable is to move onto the next phase. "Through the Keyhole" We will view the spaces together, talk through ideas, interior building works, colour schemes, preferences regarding lighting, textures and finishes, measurements, items to stay/go and budgets. We will also take “before” pictures which we will reference during the next phase. "Its's all about you" During this interactive session we will reveal your personalised Mood Board and samples, enabling you to touch and feel the textures and finishes we have discussed, view colour schemes and visualise your space before moving onto the next phase. "From me to you" We will create individual project/budget planners which will provide you with complete transparency during your project. Our services are designed to give you the flexibility to choose the service that best meets your individual needs and budget: Basic Service – Providing planners and recommendations for trades people with whom you will engage with directly. We can also help with purchasing elements for your space if required. Full Service – We will update your Budget Planner reviewing all quotes for labour, materials and products before submitting for your approval. We will create and update your Project Planner managing all trades on your behalf and provide onsite presence when necessary. Home Staging - We will provide Budget/Project planners, purchase/rent the selected fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Our experienced team will assemble and position everything to the agreed specification, working collaboratively with associated partners to agree timings and ensure work is completed on schedule. De-cluttering – We will summarise all the agreed tasks whilst undertaking the de-cluttering of the specific space. Items no longer required in the space will also be outlined in this document and including costs for removal/disposal.
