District Four Design

We have had extensive building work to our house, including internal wall re-alignment both upstairs and downstairs; a new kitchen, seating and dining area; new master bedroom including dressing area and en-suite and a new family bathroom. My problem was where I start to see what things may look like, how to create a design that fits exactly the space, how to envision and get inspired above all the mess, dust and destruction. The ideas were daunting, the designs of each room unknown and the endless sourcing of materials was quite overwhelming. We would not have been able to achieve our dreams and visions had it not been for the visionary input of ‘District Four Design’. Emily’s individual mood boards, concept creations, sourcing suppliers and above all else the realistic design graphic at such a high standard actually brought a tear to my eye. I saw for the first time ideas come to life that inspired me to understand what was achievable – all of which I had difficulty seeing for myself beyond the dust and debris! Visions that even included personal items specific to us, like our favourite clock on the kitchen wall! Both Emily and Kyle brought their professional creative heads together to allow us to envision our project even before the walls were removed. They not only went the extra mile but the extra 10 miles.
