She started in business in her early twenties, offering interior design with full workroom services. Over the ensuing 30 years she has developed a successful business based on her creativity and her capability to manage any project, and has developed a long-term and loyal customer base. Our Ethos We believe in great design, specifically tailored to suit each individual client’s wishes. Each project is undertaken with great attention to a client’s practical requirements as well as their natural style and taste. We will make the whole process easy and enjoyable, and the new room / house / piece of furniture / window treatment will be a pleasure to you. Our Process Heather will come for an initial consultation (with no charge) to get a feel for the space, and to meet you and get to know you and what you would like to achieve. She will then go away, and start work on the design process. This can take a week or two, after which she will come and present to you her initial design ideas. Heather is known for her empathy, and you will be surprised at how she seems to get it exactly right for you! After any tweaks and adjustments, an estimate will be produced including any of the works required, as well as furniture and soft furnishings to be made especially for you. Deliveries and installations are managed with a minimum of fuss, at times to suit yourself or with Heather accepting your delivery on your behalf. All of this is carried out with great attention to detail, good humour, and excellent service.
