Kyle was an absolute god send with our renovation. What we initially thought would be a refit of kitchen, bathrooms and general decoration turned into a complete overhaul - the joys of older properties! Kyle took it all in his stride - shared his incredible vision of what the house could be, designed and took forward the extension and masterminded our house to become the most beautiful home. He really went above and beyond - I genuinely don't think he could have shed anymore blood, sweat and tears if he was renovating his own property. His passion is clear and his talent and eye for detail unmatched. We regularly get compliments on our home, strangers will stop and ask who designed our porch (just one of the many design ideas!), friends and family praise our interior - we take no credit - it's all down to Kyle. I will add that when we were originally looking for a property, I scrolled past our home as it quite frankly looked ugly. Now, I absolutely love the way it looks. It's staggering how different it is - I never dreamt it could look the way it does now. Living through it wasn't always easy - builders there everyday, dust etc but Kyle just made everything easier. I would have no hesitation in my lifetime in recommending him and if we ever decide to look for another forever home - he would be the first person I'd call.

Kyle was the best support during our renovation. His choice of colour and tailoring the design to us was exceptional and I am so so pleased with the results. I hadn’t a clue at the beginning of this process and Kyle guided me through each stage and was always on hand to bounce ideas off and ask for advice. Kyle from KBF Design has nothing less than transform what used to be a pleasant, functional house into a beautiful, comfortable home which we absolutely adore! It's simply stunning and yet still welcoming, with so many special touches that we would never have thought about doing. Kyle's vision is way beyond anything we could have ever imagined, yet still sympathetic with what we like/dislike and able to work within the budget available. He also creates a 3D image of his designs so you can actually see and feel how it's going to look! It's amazing. Kyle has now worked on several rooms in our house but the highlight has got to be the most incredible office space he designed and created for us which has been put to very good use during lockdowns and beyond.
