Well, with 15 years experience in the retail industry, my customer service is paramount, and to be honest, I want to help people and make them happy and proud when it comes to their home. I've always loved interiors and decorating my home so I knew I wanted to make the leap into interior design, gain my diploma, and make this my career. I love my home and I want others to feel the same way about theirs. I know it can seem daunting when trying to decorate and organise your home, but that's why I'm here, to walk you through the process, giving you my ideas and the confidence so you aren't making any expensive or frustrating mistakes. My clients tell me I'm approachable, friendly, a great listener and I won't be forcing you to do anything with your home that you're not comfortable with. That's just not my style. Lauren has been an absolute pleasure to work with, not only do I really feel like my ideas and thoughts are listened to but our Zoom catch ups with a cuppa are also great fun! It’s clear Lauren knows her stuff and has given me some great tips to help develop my thinking, but I’ve never felt pressured or pushed in a certain direction, I definitely feel in control of my project and ideas. Room developments first phase

Lauren has worked on my bathroom and bedroom as part of a project to look at all areas. She has dramatically improved both rooms with her professional approach and her ability to identify improvements which are both practical and attractive.
