Sina Luck

We hired Sina to completely re-do our bathroom, a project which is due to end in October or November 2020. Sina got our broad steer on what we wanted for the bathroom, and then presented us with a range of appropriate design choices. The design concept then went through several detailed and necessary iterations before we settled on something. At certain points we were unsure on how to proceed with the design or a certain fitting, unit or colour, but Sina was unafraid to provide an opinion when we asked for it. In fact, we thought the way she approached the work was just the right balance of us taking the lead, setting the parameters and making the choices, and Sina chipping in with suggestions, steers, and stronger recommendations where necessary or appropriate. The other really distinctive thing about Sina - and this was very refreshing - was just how incredibly responsive she was. She was always on time, got back to us when she said she would (how rare is that!) and was generally incredibly professional. In fact, at several points, we were being chased on whether we'd made a decision or needed help! Going the extra mile was evident in all her interactions with us. We'd highly recommend Sina.
