Maria Sole renovated and designed my flat several years ago from the ground up. Which in my case meant organising the removal of all the walls, plumbing and electrics and finding replacements that dovetailed with the original systems in the rest of the building. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and very easy-going, (which is such a welcome relief when dealing with something as major as renovating your home.) She not only has a keen eye for aesthetics and design, plus a finely judged sense of space, but she is thorough and diligent from start to finish, from artistic and cleanly rendered sketches, to researching and sourcing materials for budget-conscious and innovative solutions, and through to the final installation where she oversaw the day-to-day building work and project management. Perhaps most importantly of all, from the outset, she took the time to listen to me and understand how I would live in and use the space. Even now, after several years of living in the rooms that Maria designed, I still discover subtleties and details that have made daily life here such a pleasure. Everyone uses their home differently and Maria was able to give me a superb, well-designed living space with clean lines and plenty of storage space that fits my lifestyle perfectly.

Mariasole did a wonderful job in upgrading the interior of our flat. It wasn't easy and there was a tight budget. However, the whole exercise was a joy. She is creative, easy to work with, professional and everyone who sees it thinks its fantastic.

Marisole Cobianchi worked with us on the extensive renovation of our house, sourcing everything from floorboards to fittings, and made the whole process much easier. Her brilliant lighting plans in particular made a real difference to the look and feel of the house.

n 2014, I contracted Ms. Cobianchi's professional services to redevelop and redesign a newly acquire property in Islington, London. The extensive work comprised the following: - Extending a mezzanine over the ground floor to create an in-house library. - Knocking down partition walls on the ground floor to create an open space with a newly designed kitchen and living room. - Designing a dressing room and a laundry room convertible in a 4th bedroom on the second floor. - Building an office space over the staircase in the master bedroom. - Laying out a garden, involving constructing surrounding walls, an external fire place and digging up to create a three levels platform area. -equipping the entire property with a sophisticated external and internal digital lighting system. As Ms. Cobianchi was overseeing the work on site, she was also constantly researching for the best furniture to equip the house in line with the altered /redesigned property. During the whole process Ms.Cobianchi was consistently connecting with me taking into account my preferences and taste, offering several options. I feel that this collaboration did conceive my dream house.

We hired Mariasole to design the interior and the layout of our new 2 bedroom flat near Alexandra Palace. She also project managed contractors and sourced the majority of our furniture and fittings. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and Mariasole followed our brief enhancing the project with original ideas and attention to detail. Throughout the duration of the project Mariasole has proven to be reliable and hardworking, always going out of her way to achieve the best results.

Working with Mariasole was a joy from start to finish. Our project was great fun, the results were stunning and admired by everyone who has stayed at our flat. We love it and can't wait to work with Mariasole again on other design projects.
