I worked with SVR from December 2022 to September 2023 in order to renovate my penthouse in London. Stefania is a great project manager, superb interior designer and the best to organise spaces in a clever and efficient way. Stefania provided me with 3 things at the start of our engagement: a detailed and creative renovation plan proposition; a clear cost estimation; and a honest timeframe expectation. These were then reviewed and communicated to me frequently throughout the project giving me the opportunity to be involved at high level without needing to deal with the small details that Stefania handled brilliantly in her role of project manager. Moreover I find that she has a beautiful personal taste and style that flex around the client’s needs, ideas and own taste. Making her a great interior designer. Finally she efficiently optimises spaces to store neatly in a ‘Marie Kondo style’ as well as costs choosing and mixing high end and cheaper furniture or decoration in a clever way. I would recommend SVR to all my friends and family who are looking to renovate or build and I will definitely use SVR services for any other project I will start.

I contracted Stefania to provide an interior design plan for a flat I was renovating as well as to handle the procurement of the furniture. Her number one attribute is that she cared deeply about my project and wanted to see it succeed. In my opinion we had a great collaborative chemistry where she took my overall strategy and provided many of her own ideas and inspiration to bring the plan to life. I don't have a large amount of expertise in interior design so she stepped in to guide me and help me form my thinking on what did and didn't make sense. Crucially, she wasn't afraid to challenge me when it mattered. The plan she ended up putting together really made the best use of a quite limited studio space - it is a stylish industrial style apartment which really stunned the guests which I brought over. I am extremely happy at the end product and would not hesistate to recommend Stefania for other residential renovation projects.

I approached Stefania to help me re-decorating my bedroom and making the most of the space . She has been amazing from the start to finish . She translated my really rough idea of the room into something simply amazing . She was very efficient in listing different options , even with budget constraints she didn’t miss to find the highest quality solutions for my room . The whole process has been great and I couldn’t be happier with the result . I would highly recommend Stefania and I can’t wait to use her service again once I buy my own place .
