I have worked with Karolina at the Stylish Look Interiors on a number of my properties and can really see the value her expertise brings to the projects. Once her interior design skills are applied and home makeover is complete, it is clear to see the increased valuation and rental interest. The original purchase price of £50k doubled when the valuation came back. She really has a good eye for colour, high-quality finish and is very skilled at dressing the spaces to appeal to all prospective renters or buyers. Karolina has worked on my new two bedroom rental property, the project consisted of interior design and home staging services. Karolina’s flexibility and fast approach to our constantly changing project deadlines was top notch. Every plan and shopping list was prepared with great detail and our contractors could easily follow each of her designs. The interior design was done remotely, however once furniture was delivered and new paint was applied, Karolina worked on the next phase - home staging. Her dressing skills were fantastic and I enjoyed every minute of it, especially our shopping trip together where I could appreciate her knowledge of how to combine colour, pattern and texture. Overall, I have not only gained a beautifully designed space (which rented out after the first viewing), but I have also gained invaluable knowledge of aspects of interior design and some excellent tips towards creating an eye catching living space.
