My wife and I have just completed a large internal remodel of several rooms in the house, using Trindade and Bird as our interior designers. As with any major project, there are always a few challenges along the way, both construction issues that only become apparent once the implementation actually begins, and concerns around aspects of the design where you end up questioning whether the ultimate aesthetic is exactly what you want. However, despite these sort of minor blips along the way, we have ended up with exactly what we wanted and would have no hesitation in recommending Trindade and Bird. I say that both from their professionalism and creativity in the initial design phase (with detailed mood boards supported by CAD visuals), through to their detailed project management throughout the implementation phase. For the latter, it is very important to have designers who also have some level of expertise around the practicalities of the build, and can keep the builders/tradespeople honest and on track. It is also important that there is a constant level of communication, making sure we know exactly how things are progressing, and that when issues do arise (as they always will), that they are resolved in a creative and efficient manner. This is where I think Trindade and Bird set themselves apart from most interior designers – they truly own the project from front-to-back, and are constantly available to deal with any of your concerns/queries, at any time of the day. Ultimately, they want you to be fully satisfied, and will go that extra mile to make sure that happens.

I engaged with Trindade & Bird following a recommendation from someone I trust. Firstly, they are very good people who are very passionate about their business. The service received from Sam, Louise, Claire and Emma has been very good, the products provided are of very good quality and the end design looks really good. We had a few issues along the way, which we our of ours and their control, but these were resolved quickly and professionally. We're very happy to be back in our house! We recently hired Sam and Louise to help us decorate our house and will do so for every property we own in the future! Before this experience, neither my partner nor I had ever used an Interior Designer, and were quite apprehensive about whether it would be for us, as we felt our project might be too small, but we were looking for a solution to the fact that our time was limited, and wanted guidance from experts. We found the whole experience to be a breath of fresh air and amazing value for money. Realistically if we had tried to take this on ourselves, we probably would have ended up spending more due to a lack of industry knowledge, making inevitable mistakes and timescales! The project was quick and seamless, Louise and Sam were collaborative and inclusive throughout, never making us feel anything but comfortable in what is an extremely personal process. Louise and Sam are experts in their field, but what sets them apart even more from their competitors is their unfaltering high standards and emphasis on customer service and added value. They never push ideas on you, but instead really take the time to understand what you are about and what you are looking for and this makes the entire service completely stress free, as you can trust in their judgement, and that they will deliver every time. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam and Louise to anyone, so if you’re considering engaging their services, do it! You will not regret it.

I first met Louise and Sam of Trindade & Bird back in 2011 as they had been highly recommended by a particularly 'perfectionist' customer of my own. When I later moved house I had no hesitation in going straight to them to ask them to design and install my window treatments, having moved from a sleek modern apartment into a more traditional 4 bed house, I was a little out of my comfort zone in the world of curtains. I soon learned the difference between kissing and puddling... and it still makes me laugh. Louise and Sam (Trindade & Bird) are the ultimate professionals in their field. They have an amazing depth of knowledge, experience and talent. My project was really only very small in the grand scheme of things, but they gave me their full attention and all the time I needed regardless. Attention to detail, sound advice, excellent communication and time keeping all backed up with post installation care and service. I cannot rate this company highly enough!

Sam and Louise were great at interpreting my design brief and coming up with some excellent concepts which are now being implemented by the architect and builder in France. Although the property was in France, they took the time to visit my property and really understand the dynamics of the layout to capture the unique characteristics of the property. Ultimately delivered a great design for both the kitchen and annexe. Thank you for all your hard work.

We have just finished the design process with Sam and Louise and have found them to be friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and good at what they do. We are over the moon with our final design and have been presented with a comprehensive folder containing images of the whole rooms, every piece of furniture, decorative material and the detail (weblinks, quantities, prices etc) we need to follow it through. We have been so impressed with their work that we are likely to ask them to follow the project through to completion with us. Sometimes I think they know what we want more than we do!

We purchased a new house that required modernising throughout. We met with several interior design companies to discuss our project and after careful consideration we hired Trinidad & Bird. I say careful consideration but too be honest it was a very easy decision, as soon as we left the initial consultation we knew these were the interior designers we wanted to work with. We initially instructed Sam & Louise to design our open plan kitchen and living area. We were so impressed with the results we instructed them to design two further living rooms and help with the interior design of the bedrooms. The attention to detail provided by Sam and Louise was fantastic. We were provided with scaled drawings off each room, which helped us to vision the layout off furniture and lighting prior to works commencing. Sam & Louise guided us through their design concepts and was very patient with us as our plans would change on almost a weekly basis. They were very easy to talk too and work with. We would be in constant contact via phone and email; they would always provide updates when they said they would. What stood out in particular was how willing they were to go above and beyond in order to deliver our vision. We could not be any happier with their services. From a very basic brief and spending time with us asking us questions to understand how we intended to use each room and gaining an understanding off our design palette Sam & Louise delivered everything we wanted and more. Overall it was an absolute joy to work with both Sam & Louise, they helped alleviate a lot of stress during such a large-scale project. We were left with a beautifully designed house, which exceeded our expectations. We get to enjoy our house every day and it would not have been possible without the skills, knowledge and hard work of Sam & Louise.
