Virgos Decorating

My name is Nicola Goodman. I started Virgos Decorating in January 2000. I started decorating mid 1980’s by decorating my own home and also friends and families homes. I really enjoyed the transformation it created. I decided to learn the trade professionally and in early 1990’s I completed City & Guilds levels 1,2 and 3 at college. Wallpapering is my speciality, I am passionate and enthusiastic about working with wallpaper, and I get great satisfaction from seeing how wallpaper can transform the feel of room. Since 2010 I have been installing wallpaper for Cole & Son Ltd, a very high quality wallpaper manufacturers endorsed by Her majesty the Queen. I travel to different locations to install the latest collections of wallpapers for photo shoots, trade shows etc. These photos are then used for brochures and are in magazines and adverts. I also travel to Paris every January to install the latest collection of papers for Trade events and design shows such as Deco Off. Twice a year I renew the Cole & Son showroom in Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, updating the walls with the latest collection. I am also commissioned by several London based Interior Designers, Decorating Companies to carry out wallpaper installation.
