Paid nearly £30,000 for a kitchen with Creative Designs and I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone to use this company! The cooker hood for the extractor fan was installed dangerously and could have fallen at any time and ruining our brand new kitchen ceiling. £500 cash-back that was promised when ordering against the ovens was then out of promotion and their responses were rude. Installed in Jan and still not finished... Now having to deal with a third party insurance company to fix our ceiling. Fridge door doesn't open properly and the dishwasher cupboard has all moved. Really, really disappointed in what we thought was going to be our dream kitchen. :0((

Knowlegeable about AirUno extractor products, helpful with my project. They took delivery of the product from the manufacturer and delivered it to me when it was convenient.

Never received the plan or quotation despite the kitchen area being measured four months ago. Never received a call back from the last message left with someone in the shop.

Creative designs., designed and installed our new kitchen in October last year. Working with Darren and his team was a pleasure. We chose Creative based on numerous recommendations, price, quality of materials & workmanship and on how easy it was to work with them. The end result is a magnificent kitchen that we are thrilled with. It's stylish, very functional, well balanced and laid out and visitor to the house are always very impressed.

Approx 4 years ago we researched several kitchen designers/retailers around the Fleet and Farnborough area and chose Creative Designs. We have been very happy with our decision. From the outset we found the staff (Darren and Dan) to be extremely professional, friendly and courteous, happy to offer advice and guidance where required but equally willing to work with our requirements to create a kitchen design that we were satisfied with. The price was competitive, the order process smooth and the delivery and installation excellent. However the most impressive thing about this company is their after sales service; nothing is too much trouble for them. In the almost 4 years since the installation there have been a couple of minor issues which Creative Designs have dealt with professionally and without aggravation and at no extra cost to us. Even as recently as this month they have resolved an issue with an appliance (which is now out of warranty), even providing a fitter free of charge to install a replacement. Darren, Dan, David and Martin put customer satisfaction and customer recommendations right at the top of their agenda and I am very happy to recommend them.

We first used Creative Designs in 2012 to refurbish our main bathroom and en-suite. We chose CD due to their competitive quote and their desire to help us achieve the look we wanted with clever designs and helpful suggestions. We used them again in 2013 to refurbish the cloakroom, and although a relatively small job, CD’s attention to detail was again of a very high standard. This year, we chose them for a third time to refurbish our kitchen, after once again contacting a total of three suppliers for quotes. We have been very pleased with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail given to our kitchen and bathroom projects by the team at CD. CD kept us informed at every stage and were always available to answer questions and offer advice. Over the course of the various projects we have seen at least eight different tradesmen, each a specialist in their own field, and we have to say that to a man they were punctual, courteous and hard working. If we had to describe CD in one word, it would be quality. We would have no hesitation in recommending Creative Designs to others.
