“I am new with Plain & Fancy but I am very familiar with the brand. In the past, I've always admired P & F from afar. I’ve always thought that their product was for the elite, even though I am a luxury designer. I finally specified their product this year. I was very impressed by their quick response to my questions. Believe me, I’ve asked quite a bit! One of the things I found is that they offer many doors and finishes, all of which are very impressive. But the most impressive of all is the quality of the process. The process in their manufacturing. I can talk about great design here, but the fact of the matter is, what is great design if everything is going to fall apart after it is installed! I’ve designed many cabinetry cabinets before. I’ve even carried my own Amish made cabinetry. I was so impressed with the quality of Plain and Fancy that I am dropping my own cabinetry line!”

“Could not ask for a more professional group of folks to work with. Their work ethic exceeded our expectations and KM was great on the "time line" of when we could expect the ordered shower door due in and the completed install. Both gentlemen were just that and explained the install,what we could expect and gave clear,concise care instructions. (plus the microfiber chamois, glass cleaning spray were very much appreciated) We are not related to these folks,but they treated our home as they would their own ...with respect! We are only too happy to offer an "atta boys" and hope they will feel comfortable lending our name, # for future customers' consideration when looking for a firm who takes pride in their workmanship,honesty, upbeat attitude, and service with a SMILE!
