“We were looking for a bathroom company that could offer a professional design service as well as great quality products and installation services. From the moment we went to the Premier Klasse showrooms – both in Basingstoke and Ascot, we knew they were the right company for us. Our designer Lauren who is based in the lovely new Ascot showroom, was warm and welcoming and took the time to really listen and understand our ideas and wants/needs. She came back to us with brilliant designs that we could never have achieved on our own. She has worked patiently with us throughout the design process making changes to achieve the best design going above and beyond to ensure that everything is correct. The installation will take place in the next couple of months once other renovations are completed and we can’t wait to see the final bathroom and shower room come to life.”

“We have been using WCONE for 7 years as one of our suppliers the bathrooms and kitchens. Not only do we like the goods as they are of high quality but we have a great relationship with them unlike that with some larger/online companies, with WCONE you get the personal touch which i find these days is fading out. Through from the sale to the after-sales you cant go wrong in my opinion as nothing is a problem. Thank guys for you help over the years.”

“I found this brand while looking for a concrete sink online. They have so many amazing options of colors and designs(I needed a really small bathroom sink which was hard to find other than boring standard white porcelain ones). I had some questions about drain fittings and about some other details and I both spoke on the phone and emailed with their staff. All very helpful and quick to help. I was super happy with the sink I ordered and it arrived securely in a custom made shipping container specifically made for the model I bought. Definitely impressed with the professionalism and quality of this brand and I would most certainly recommend them.”

“Very impressed with Inter Ceramica. Joseph worked very closely with us on the design of our new kitchen, which went through several amendments and delays, all of which he handled with great calm, patience and perseverance! The software he used enabled us to see almost exactly what the kitchen would look like, allowing us to ensure that we had sufficient space and the right colours. Due to construction delays, we had to delay the installation of the kitchen but again, that was not a problem for Joseph and he also liaised well with our builders, to ensure that the final project was a success. We also used Inter Ceramica for our floor tiles through the ground floor and found their range of options to be extensive and of high quality.”
