What started off well with sales ended up as a very poor delivery/implementation and after sales experience. Very poor and ad hoc projwct management, unqualified workpeople making a mess of things, being told not to come back to them with complaints or if things don't work, being blamed for scratches on brand new items and once they had their money, never to be seen again despite outstanding things.

From the first visit to la casa we were welcomed with coffee and one of Mikes typically enthusiastic and reassuring explanations of what la casa could do for us, which all turned out to be as impressive in practice. Having driven past the showroom many times since it opened, we always had the feeling we were punching above our weight expecting to be able to afford a la casa kitchen , but mike was true to his word when he promised he could meet our budget. Honestly, this was the best kitchen of all the quotes we received, and we received a lot. The installation was top quality, and on time . The after care was always forthcoming from mike and amir . All in all the best decision we made in the course of our renovation and house guests compliments on our kitchen are a regular event . Thoroughly recommend

When the project first started, (at the design stage), The La Casa team worked with me, discussing my needs, wants and desires. The design for my shower room, bedroom and kitchen, all came with lots of input from myself and them. At all stages their enthusiasm for 'My' job was excellent. Their work force were excellent, never leaving me in a mess, and the installations perfection. My finished kitchen is a joy to me every time I walk into it. It's amazing. My shower room and bathroom, just what the lady ordered! Thank you to Mike, Amir, and the La Casa team, you were all a joy to work with.
