Pebble Grey

I Purchased a mirror from Pebble Grey, 6 weeks ago for a new bathroom, i opened last week to find the wall bracket missing and damage to the mirror itself, looking at the box, it seem that this was repackaged and sent to me, i.e another client had sent back and they have resent to me. i brought in good faith and yes i should have opened before but i stupidly trusted Pebble Grey to provide me with a quality product. they have refused to do anything and about this and it quite clear they have supplied a incomplete damaged product.
