Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions.
