We had a very specific idea of what we required and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Andrew and his team. Our kitchen is even better than we imagined, thanks to their expert design. The whole process from visuals to installation was seamless, thanks to their on staff fitter, AND on budget.

When we were struggling to visualise the design of what we wanted for our kitchen Andrew was able to give us concrete suggestions, insight into appliances and the pros and cons of different options that we liked the look of. The design that we settled on has proved to be ideal and has maximised the efficient use of the space while still looking great, and the work was all completed on schedule without a hitch.

We are thoroughly delighted with the kitchen, the design and service we received. The works were to fit a new Kitchen into en extended Victorian terrace and so we spent many months looking at different designs and suppliers before choosing Andrew. In the end it was a simple decision as we wanted a high quality product and service at a fair price. The knowledge and expertise helped us through the design and concept and then when the time came for installation service it was very evident that we had made the right choice. The kitchen, appliances are service were all excellent and I would happily recommend to anyone who is serious about a superb design for their home.

Many kitchen shops have come and gone over the years I have lived in Chiswick, but Andrew’s shop has always been there. When I extended my kitchen and was choosing my units, I popped into his shop and liked it straight away. We never thought we could afford bespoke but were surprised by the price of these kitchens vs off the shelf options which offered no flexibility to our space. Amazing customer service. We've used Andrew in two different homes, choosing to go back to him as he did such a brilliant job first time. Sensitive and open to our needs, with great suggestions and sensitive design. Our first Macintosh kitchen (installed in 2001) still looks great today and our second (installed in 2015) is perfect for the renovated 17th century barn it sits in. We can't recommend the installation team highly enough. They turn up on time, get organised and get the job done brilliantly.

Highest quality kitchen designed and expertly fitted by their in-house team. Not cheap but well worth it for the result.

Andrew has been a first class supplier and I greatly value his opinion and input. He supplies first class units and is very competitive in his pricing. I have used him on two of my houses and I will again if the need arises. I would also recommend his in-house fitting service, they really do an excellent job that once done lasts for years.

Andrew’s service went far and above the logistics of designing, delivering and building a high quality kitchen. To his attention detail he adds a genuine curiosity about how you want your kitchen to function and fit into your home. He came more than once and stood in a building site to ensure the final furniture fit into the room it was being designed for. Were it not for his focus and technical knowledge we would have built 4 stairs in front of washing machine cupboard door (sounds crazy but when you are stood in a mud pit that bears no resemblance to a room a surprisingly easy mistake to make!) Added to this comes after sales service that speaks of real pride in the work. When we damaged a door Rob, who fitted our kitchen in the first place,came back 4 years later to ensure the new one matched up perfectly. Can not recommend enough. It felt as though they couldn't Have cared more if they weee fitting their own kitchen.

Andrew and his team designed our kitchen, waited patiently for us to complete the building work and then fitted our dream kitchen. The process was professional, enjoyable and all round brilliant. Andrew was able to translate our wishes in to a reality with clever ways to make our kitchen unique and work for our budget. He was flexible and helpful and funny! We've bought two kitchens from Andrew now. The fist one was was back in 2006, and when we sold the house a couple of years ago the buyers thought it was new kitchen when they first looked around ...that's how well made it was. Earlier this year we were looking for a kitchen to go into a newly renovated house, We talked to many different kitchen designers and suppliers and are so glad we went with Andrew Macintosh again. Andrew's design took on board all of our requirements, but he also pushed back when we had silly ideas. We've ended up with a competitively priced, beautifully designed kitchen that we couldn't be happier with. Andrew Macintosh's customer service was brilliant and they were flexible when our builders failed to deliver their end of things on time. The in-house fitting service meant we had one less thing to worry about and the standard of the fit was fantastic. Andrew has photos of the finished kitchen that you can look at if you'd like and I wouldn't hesitate in encouraging you to use Andrew and his team.

Andrew Macintosh and the team delivered our 'wow' kitchen in June 2012 following extensive building works to our Chiswick home. We had thoroughly researched kitchen companies and had a reasonable idea of what we wanted. Clean lines, low maintenance, boiler tap, high end integrated appliances and a flow to the outside space. Andrew has been designing kitchens for a long time and is responsible for a few design classics. We wanted something understated yet quality through and through. Andrew came up with several designs and liaised with both our architect and builder to ensure that critical measurements were observed. When the building work was completed there were a couple of adjustments to the plan. One of the benefits of a bespoke kitchen is the flexibility to maximize space. We have zero fillers in our kitchen - and critically important, everything is balanced. The construction of the units is exceptional as you would expect. We utilized a new thin profile Corian which Andrews team handled with ease. Unlike other kitchen companies Andrew MacIntosh have their own fitters. Rob is a true craftsman and contributed hugely to success of the project. What was especially important to us was the relationship post project. Over the past five years Andrews team have returned twice to replace the odd push catch etc. Choosing a local, quality oriented supplier was especially important to us. It is worth noting that many of the kitchen designers and the kitchen companies that we spoke to are no longer in business. Andrew MacIntosh is not the cheapest, and not the most expensive. He stocks a couple of different options which can fit most budgets. We would (and have many times) recommended Andrew MacIntosh to friends and family. We were delighted with our kitchen when it was completed, and continue to be delighted after five years of use.
