Baker & Baker have just completed our kitchen. It was without doubt one of the best decisions we have made. The craftsmanship (a rare term these days), is simply outstanding. I expected a well made kitchen and service. I didn't expect such attention to the installation and final finish. It is truly first class. We asked B&B to design and install our kitchen and dressing room as part of a extension project and we now couldn’t be happier. Graham was calm and efficient. The installers were polite, tidy and a pleasure to have around. This was arguably the most technical and complex part of the build and was probably the most enjoyable. We had spent a lot of time researching high end Kitchen companies but in the end chose to go with a local firm. We ended up with something highly bespoke, unique, practical and simply beautiful. The price was, we think, very reasonable given the exceptional craftsmanship.

Locating a good kitchen designer and maker can be difficult. The advertisements and websites all look appealing but require a leap of faith. We noticed a Baker & Baker advertisement and liked the look of their designs, so popped into their showroom in Clare, Suffolk. There was no hard sell, just good advice. From that first visit everything flowed in a professional and friendly manner and we are delighted with the end result. We have lived with the kitchen for a month and have found no issues. quite the contrary it all functions beautifully. In addition to making the kitchen they also made us a bespoke large dining table, styled and painted to match the kitchen cupboards. So, we have no hesitation in recommending Baker & Baker, in fact one of our daughters has already signed up for a bespoke new kitchen with them and I would not be surprised to see other family members do likewise.

The professional, timely and friendly approach to the project was first class. The quality of the workmanship & fitting was outstanding; and, to date, the aftersales service has been exemplary. Having visited the workshop where all the furniture was made, we were very impressed with the overall layout, quality of the machinery used, and the inclusive attitude of management towards each employee. In summary, we would not hesitate to recommend Baker & Baker to any potential customers.

Having visited Baker and Baker's showroom and seen their excellent work my wife and I decided to engage them to produce a display/storage unit for our sitting room and a display/storage/bookcase for our dining room. Having had a career in interior design I produced a sketch of what I was looking for which B&B translated into working drawings and after a few minor amendments proceeded to manufacture the units to a very high standard. Installation took place on the agreed date and was speedy and efficiently completed, it being a pleaser to have the workmen in our home. I would have no hesitation in recommending B&B to any future customers looking for a high quality efficiently produced product.

We had our kitchen and utility room completely transformed by Graham and his team at Baker and Baker We found both Graham and Marie very helpful about design and little extras that we wanted - we asked if certain things could be made and were always told that nothing was impossible and indeed everything was completed exactly how we had asked for it to be done The fitting team were fantastic - all very skilled and it was a great pleasure to have them with us while our kitchen was fitted - it made a rather daunting process very exciting - if we ever moved we certainly would have them again We have had no problems with the kitchen but are still invited to events at Baker and Baker which is a nice touch and I know that if there was ever a problem they would come and fix it and so while we have not used their after care I am certain that it would be excellent. We would recommend them to anyone - certainly not the cheapest but you pay for what you get - Quality and a caring company!

We initially asked Baker & Baker to provide a price comparison with another (not bespoke) kitchen provider and found that there was a minimal cost differential. Graham has been as helpful as we could hope for in both designing our kitchen and realising our individual ideas. He has also been very willing to keep us supported, and made us feel welcome on our not infrequent visits to his showroom to discuss any evolving ideas and concerns. When the kitchen was fitted, not only was the exceptional quality of the cabinetry very obvious, but it was a particular pleasure to have the same carpenters fit the cabinets. We were surprised by how many days were spent adjusting and finishing the cabinets, but this was a reflection of the extraordinary attention to detail that the company provides. The carpenters were charming individuals, and coordinated their work with the building contractors to very good effect, drawing positive comments from all those who worked with and around them. So impressed were we with Baker & Baker that we also commissioned the construction of fitted bookshelves and a fabulous walk-in wardrobe - again designed to meet our peculiar needs.We have been absolutely delighted with the work carried to by Baker & Baker, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
