The wait is over and the end results are even better than I could have wished for. I couldn’t recommend Hayleigh at Bespoke Kitchens more highly. Hayleigh worked so closely and directly with the build team at ever step to make it seamless and timing for everything was outstanding. Hayley did an amazing job of taking us through the whole process of designing and specifying our kitchen, right through to its installation (including co-ordinating the granite worktops). She was full of helpful advice without ever being too pushy or judgemental. We are delighted with the outcome and there is really very little that we would change. Hayley was always on hand to assist with the aftersales items, such as re-ordering items damaged by builders. We also used her services for assistance with specifying our bathrooms and they were also a big success. We highly recommend BKB and Hayley.

We approached Hayley to design our kitchen after seeing a couple of kitchens she’d designed locally and knew that she had a similar design aesthetic. However, we had inherited an awkward sized space and we’d already had a couple of other local designers try to squeeze in everything we wanted and with each design felt that we were still having to compromise on what we wanted. We were a little sceptical that Hayley would be able to improve on the designs we already had, yet after our first design consultation we were both absolutely blown away by her plans. She maximised every inch of space, making the best use of our high ceilings, with additional storage and recommended banquette seating for the dining area which not only gave us extra storage but also allowed us to squeeze in an additional living area. We made a couple of tweaks to the original design which she provided renders for so we could visualise how it would all look. In terms of style, Hayley suggested a more contemporary skinny shaker door which matched our tastes but was still sympathetic to the age of our property, and very patiently put up with our indecision on colours and handles. Throughout install Hayley remained on hand to help our builders with any questions or issues. Our sink arrived damaged and she went above and beyond to source a replacement for us. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and we can’t thank Hayley enough. Her design has completely transformed how we use the space as a family and we couldn’t be happier.

If you need a kitchen genius, look no further! We have recently completed a large self build project, we sent Hayley the plans of the space, and we gave her free rein. The design she came back with was breathtaking. We barely changed a thing. Her vision is superb! When the kitchen arrived she worked closely with the fitter to ensure it’s a smooth installation. No effort at all. The quality is fantastic! We have been so thrilled with the whole experience. We are now the envy of our family and friends! She is also designing our new en suite/dressing room.

When I decided to refurbish my house I spent a lot of time and effort trying to find a designer who I could work with. Somebody who could listen to me, take my ideas and then improve them rather than simply offer cookie cutter designs. Now that the work is finished am 100% I made the right choice and will be recommending Bespoke Kitchen Boutique to friends and family and for all my future properties. They quickly understood what I was trying to achieve, worked tirelessly to make recommendations and put up with me changing my mind multiple times.
