“The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”

“We just had our kitchen remodeled not too long ago and now have them back installing a bathroom in our basement for our bar. They have been very professional while working with us on both projects, They were there everyday and did not leave to go on other jobs while they were working on our property. No excuses, no gimmicks, they kept us informed at every step along the way. The workmanship was great as you'll see from the pics i'll attach of our beautiful kitchen and bathroom. We are very pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism, the attention to detail, the careful protection of my property while working, and the quick turnaround on both projects. We approve this contractor for all your home improvements if you're looking for a well qualified company to complete your next home renovation project.”

“I have known Erin for a number of years and when we moved back to the area she was the one I thought of to help make our new house a "home". She is patient, organized and is efficient with our time together. I have no sense of being able to pull a room together and she has made each of the rooms we have completed look great, stylish and very useable. We are a family with 2 young teen children so I want our house to be comfortable but also look nice when we have our friends over. Erin has been a great help!”

“We want to let you know just how pleased we are with our new custom kitchen. You made a potential stressful process into a pleasurable experience. From design to manufacture to installation and follow up occurred in a seamless manor. Details from cabinet design, wood type and color, countertop and appliance selection, electrical, flooring, plumbing, tile and hardware selection were all coordinated. Subcontractors used were of the highest caliber as well as George's installation crew. All people involved were true craftsman within their trades. The work was performed on time and on budget with minimal disruption in our life. It was a true pleasure dealing directly with George. He appeared on the job daily to not only witness the progress first hand but to see if we had any questions. We have dealt with many contractors in our life and we can honestly say that dealing with George was a pleasure from start to finish. Lou and Janet (Glen Mills)”

We were made to feel like the only clients. There were three doors damaged in shipment that were replaced in one week. We could not have asked for a better experience.”

“Giorgi Kitchens designed and installed the kitchen and dining area in our new home in Chestertown MD. Joe provided expert design guidance in the selection of the cabinetry, appliances, tile and counters. He listened to us and what we wanted and guided us to those selections. We also used pictures from Houzz to explain the look we wanted. The kitchen island was a very tricky design. Joe met us on site and laid out the entire kitchen and island with plywood cutouts. This enabled all of us to see how best to shape the island given support column and ingress/egress constraints. His choices of all the materials especially the cabinetry were top notch. His team of installers were fantastic operating under space limitations and time provided. After install follow-up again exceeds our expectations. Bottom line- the kitchen is beautiful, functions wonderfully and makes cooking, dining and clean up a joy! Would recommend Giorgi Kitchens to anyone on the eastern shore, DE or the DC area.”
