Inline Designs

We used Inline Designs for our new kitchen and bar area. Dev and Alpa went above and beyond to assist us, nothing was too much trouble and their knowledge of options available to us was brilliant. Our kitchen now looks fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

We used Inline Designs for our new kitchen, they partnered with us from start to finish. They listened to everything we wanted added their expertise and we ended up with the perfect kitchen, we can not be happier. They took the time to work with us and we never felt rushed or pressured, it was a really enjoyable experience with no stress. The fitters that they use are first class, one door was manufactured 2mm too big, not that we could tell, the fitters worked with Dev and Alpa and a new door was quickly dispatched. We loved the kitchen so much we went back and now have a built-in wall unit that compliments our kitchen. Highly recommend Inline Designs.

Alpa and Dev were great to work with from start to finish. They were really happy to deal with design changes and queries and just generally easy to communicate with. The kitchens are beautiful and the installation was also fantastic. I would highly recommend.

We found Dev & Alpa excellent & very professional to deal with. They listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something else. The quality of the kitchen was really good. There were a couple of issues that came up during the install, but they worked through it sorted this out without any fuss. This is exactly what you want when buying a high quality kitchen.

These guys not only know what they are doing but they actually care about what they do too. Their design was both stylish and practical and we are enormously pleased with the end result. Their installation team was headed up by Lee who did a really excellent job - a true professional. Along the way, he came across some unexpected issues, like finding a large drain in the middle of the kitchen under one of the old units. No problem! He destressed the whole situation by saying don't worry, I'll sort it, and he did. Putting in a new kitchen is a difficult and stressful task, but dealing with InLine makes it about as easy as it could be because they do everything so well. Brilliant job. Having looked at a number of kitchen companies, we chose Inline Designs because of the quality of the kitchens available and the positive first impression we got during our initial enquiries in the shop. We were very glad we did. From the start Dev and Alpa took time to talk to us and advise about the design and were very responsive and helpful throughout the project. Although our kitchen start-date coincided with a lockdown, everything went to plan. The standard of work carried out by our fitter, Lee, was of the highest quality and, in addition, he was very personable and helpful and always reliably punctual. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Inline Designs to others.

Alpa and Dev, and their fitting team were brilliant. I had already spoken to two different places and the designs were boring and not what I wanted at all. After looking at a few kitchen designers we both agreed that Inline Kitchens were by far the best and they had been recommended to us by friends that had used their services In the past. Dev and Alpa listened to what we wanted and Alpa brought the whole thing to life for us. We drove them mad (sorry to both of you) but never once did we feel like we were a problem to them. Every email we sent was answered almost immediately. The fitters were fabulous and did an incredible job. We cannot recommend Inline enough.

I had looked at several kitchen design services before finding Inline. It was such a relief to find a team that really listened to my requirements and views to include in their design, particularly as it was to be part of our new living/dining/kitchen space. Their whole approach was very personal and unhurried and I was not put under the slightest pressure to make decisions. Having said that the decision making process was very straightforward. Separate appointments were made for different parts of the design such as lighting and internal fittings, with as much time in between as I needed. Any questions that arose in between meetings were quickly answered and the appointments were all on time. Everything was well coordinated. The final design was perfect for me and the quality of the installation and the products is excellent. It looks exactly like the images we were shown in the planning stage. I have now been using my kitchen/utility room for 10 months and can honestly say I would not change a thing. It still brings me joy every time I walk into the space. I wholeheartedly recommend Dev and Alpa and the service that they provide.
