David and Ivan, thank you so much for all your advice and support throughout our kitchen refurb project. Although we only purchased the appliances from you, your customer service was second to none, especially as you would advise me on other aspects of the work being carried out, such as our worktops. I would like to thank especially David for his expertise and also his patience over many months (out fault I might add owing to us taking many months of decision making), regardless David never tired and was always there to lead the way. I approached Ivan Simpson speculatively to see if they could assist with a legacy item due to my previous kitchen company going into liquidation. I was expecting them to say there was little they could do but on the contrary they were extremely helpful and spent a considerable amount of their time helping me reach a conclusion. There was nothing to be gained by Ivan Simpson financially so it made their efforts on my behalf all the more notable and appreciated. It really was a great level of service and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.
