From our initial meeting we aim to create and provide your desired room. We listen to your needs and wishes and professionally offer guidance and advice about products. With over 40 years experience your designer has both the knowledge and expertise to understand what will work in terms of product, space and functionality. During a site visit to your home by our designer we take measurements and discuss ideas and concepts. We then design your project before inviting you into our Horwich showroom to view and discuss your plans. We amend designs and continue to make changes until our customers are completely happy with their design. At a follow up appointment we provide a fully itemised quotation with drawings ensuring customers fully understand their design, chosen products, costs and payment plan and of course our service.
