Konkord LTD

Konkord knocked a wall down erected the steels and then built me a fabulous kitchen with large breakfast bar and everything that went with it. The whole thing was trouble free from start to finish. The quality was first class in every respect and the finished job is amazing. The guys working were really friendly, nice and tidy. The kitchen was designed and built in their own workshop and the quality is better than I have seen anywhere. I would recommend them to anybody who wants a top class job.

I have employed SJA Building Services (part of Konkord) to work on 4 different projects varying from a block of 7 flats to a small house, a central London apartment, and my own house in Chelsea. He has always been a pleasure to work with and is reliable and trustworthy. His attention to detail is second to none and he has been very meticulous on all projects.

I have used Konkord a number of times and have always been very pleased with their work. The price agreed up front with Konkord is always a fixed price for the work and is laid out by them clearly at the outset. They finish the agreed work to an excellent quality under the agreed price and they often have standards which are better than my own. Konkord are organised and have good project management skills meaning all the jobs I have used them for have run smoothly. They are the kind of builder you can have a great deal of trust in, you can leave them to the work and not worry that they will not be doing things properly. In summary I would highly recommended them without hesitation. I have personally recommended them to a number of friends and family who have all been delighted with the results.
