We started renovating are own properties about 25 years ago, we would use contractors for some of the work and do what ever we could our selves. We soon learnt that some contractors were not very reliable and the finishing off was very poor, so we took on more and more of the job our selves. We now only sub contract bricklayers, Gas fitters, and plastering, we have several subies that we know and trust, we will also work with your own contractors if you have someone you trust. We take great pride in our work and achieve high quality finish, we can also help with design, we have a 3D program which can help you visulise your project. We can supply materials or use your own, we have a good relationship with all of our suppliers and receive excellent trade discounts
