Schuller Kitchens by Artisan Interiors

In the early stages of our kitchen renovation we visited Artisan in Wales and were very impressed by the team, in particular Rebecca and Danny. Rebecca drew up a design which we really liked but it was at the top of our budget. Well into the renovation we received a call from Artisan stating they were having a sale – the timing was perfect! We made another appointment with Rebecca who patiently sat and listened to what we wanted and amended the original plan. I have to admit I was nervous as we’d ordered a big island and I was concerned it might overwhelm the kitchen but Rebecca was spot on with her design and it looks amazing. We chose to fit the kitchen ourselves and my husband said it was a pleasure because of the quality and build. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, a damaged door and a faulty dishwasher but Danny was straight on it and these two issues were sorted out swiftly. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this kitchen company.

We have had our kitchen from Artisan Interiors for a year now and it still looks and feels brand new. We knew from the moment we walked into the showroom and was greeted by the lovely staff that the German quality of the kitchen would be hard to beat. They took time to get to know us during the design process and listened to what was important to us (I still love the tambour unit). They use materials and colours that complement each other to achieve a high quality design. Their after care customer service is also as professional as their products.

We recently had a new kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Artisan Kitchens, Cardiff and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the kitchen and the finished result!! Throughout the design process they made us think carefully about what we wanted from the kitchen, what would best suit our needs and through many design changes by us they were totally professional with nothing being too much trouble for them. They also recommended a glass splashback firm and the Amticco flooring we had, so it was an all round service!! We would personally like to thank Andrea the Designer for her expertise and patience, Danny for managing the whole project on time and to budget. We would also like to mention Mike the kitchen fitter who took such time and effort to make sure everything was perfect!! We would certainly recommend Artisan to anyone having a new kitchen!!

I had a Schuller kitchen designed and fitted by artisan interiors 6 months ago and I have nothing but praise and complements for their proffesssionalism and expertise. When visiting the showroom, we (my wife and I) felt welcomed and under no pressure to purchase a kitchen. The staff were extremely helpful and when designing the kitchen they listened to our requirements and took all this into consideration. Once the design was finalised a date was set for the installation and they done everything from knocking out a pantry and doing all the electrics. The fitters attended when they said they would and were very clean and tidy. I cannot fault the after sales service either, once fitted I had a visit from the director to sign off the works and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. 10 out of 10 from us

We had a kitchen installed September 2017 by artisan and their whole service was and still is amazing. The aftercare we have experienced is second to none, even after we accidentally smashed our oven door 2 years later they replaced the broken glass without question. I would highly recommend this company - a real 5 star experience.

Artisan Interiors designed, supplied and fitted a brand new kitchen. From the start to the finish - and follow up - of the process everything went so well. The design was imaginative and pleasing in concept as well as in practice. The costs were transparent at all stages. The installation was professional and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the products. They are a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I had visited a few kitchen specialists before Artisan, but when we entered the Artisan Showroom, we were blown away with the knowledge, quality of the produce and not least of all, the welcome!

My husband and I are very pleased with our new kitchen, it looks really modern and has very clean looking lines, which we like. Danny and the rest of the team were very knowledgeable about their product, very friendly and always at the end of the phone for any queries. We often popped into the showroom for information, and were treated really well, their coffee is delicious too. We can recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new kitchen.
