Really upsetting experience with this company. We went with a local non chain company hoping for a personal and bespoke experience. Unfortunately as staff were replaced and left the company our project was poorly managed, measurements were incorrect, surfaces were installed at different heights and the owner was really unpleasant in communications and refused to take responsibility for his companies mistakes. We ended up paying our builders to complete installation. The colour on our units is coming off after only a few weeks of installation. Even with legal Intervention they have been diabolical, this is an ongoing dispute. I would avoid this company and look elsewhere if you are looking for a new kitchen.

I unfortunately can not recommend this company and we wish we had never trusted them with our money. It’s been a terrible experience and they made us pay upfront! I had bad feelings from the start, but being good natured, we hoped for the best, however we still do not have the kitchen that we bought from their showroom, they substituted parts for inferior quality items too and I’ve had to give up on chasing them and had to just settle, it’s a horrible feeling, but I just can’t handle the stress of their stern emails.

W recently had a kitchen installed by Wilmslow Kitchen Interiors Ltd and I’m sorry to say that we are less than satisfied with the kitchen and less than satisfied with their customer service and after sales. The sales process was great, took all our money and then it all fell apart and we still do not have a finished kitchen 6 months later! I wish we had never given them our money.

Had my kitchen done by Wilmslow Kitchen Interiors and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Very professional service and despite a few problems that were solved immediately by the staff the installation was fast and smooth.

Wilmslow Kitchen Interiors did a fantastic job on my kitchen with the Lava kitchen design. The blend of dark and light colors creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The quality of the cabinets and countertops is superb. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

Do NOT use this company , we have had a dreadful experience and lost £24k, our savings which we had for what we thought would be a fabulous new kitchen ,we have had the most stressful 6 month of our lives,our house was left structurally unsafe,Another company picked up the pieces but obviously at a cost to ourselves,the list goes on & on. Sadly all the reviews are 1* what does that say !

We have recently had a kitchen from this company Wilmslow Kitchen Interiors and we definitely would not recommend them. Total pain from start to finish (months and months) and still not finished to our satisfaction. A disappointing experience. Happy to share more details if anyone would like.
