Batello Garden Design

We were very pleased to learn from Batello garden design that we were able to secure an unexpected window of opportunity to use their services (we had been afraid that there was a lengthy wait ) possibly in to the New Year ! Happily we were able to take advantage of said window ! And we were not disappointed in any way . The team were courteous and competent at all times and timely and punctual in their work practices. We have no qualms what so ever in recommending this highly professional company.

A big thank- you to all the Kevin, Paul and all the team at Batello for transforming my neglected and overgrown front garden into a calm, ordered peaceful space which I can enjoy look after. The transformation took about a week and the work was done to very professional standards. The brickwork edging to the gravel paths is elegant and even my dilapidated ornamental pond was sorted out and brought back to life. The planting is lovely and I am delighted with the end result which has been much admired. I am now considering how to tackle the back garden.

I initially asked Paul and Kevin to do a full make-over of my garden and they provided me with some fantastic ideas, detailed drawings and a reasonable quote. Due to a change in circumstances, I had to go back to them to ask them to do a much more basic job, involving re-turfing, making and planting some borders, and renovating a large but shabby decking. They came back with an excellent quote and spent time helping me to save money on various items and find ways to do things more cost-effectively. They did the work over 5 days when I had to be away and did a really great job. The lawn already looks good, the borders were well stocked with an interesting variety of plants, and the decking looks great and is now up to Building Regs standard. Paul and Kevin were very easy to get on with, showed a really good knowledge of their fields, all communication was swift and effective, and I would definitely employ them again.

From the initial design consultation with Kevin and Paul, we were impressed with Batello's professionalism and their total commitment to our vision for the garden. Throughout the construction process we were able to review progress and were kept up to date with costs and timescales. The Batello Team were extremely hard working and at the end of each day they cleared the work area and tidied everything away..most impressive. Paul's planting scheme put the finishing touches to our new garden and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Highly recommended. Melvin & Jane, Weston super Mare
