About Us
Established in 2003 by Sam Martin (M.Lasc Arch Hons) Exterior Architecture Ltd was conceived in order to achieve quality design in the landscape through attention to detail and maintaining close involvement throughout implementation works with a ‘hands on’ approach. That desire to see the client’s aspirations through design into reality and remain in touch with the real world of planting and building has been retained as the company has grown and developed. Since that time Exterior Architecture has worked with a variety of professionals in the fields of architecture, engineering, interior design, lighting, product design and sculpture engaging a network of like-minded people committed to the evolution of the external environment. We have also developed close working relationships with a number of construction and landscape contractors through our successfully completed landscape projects.
Services Provided
We are proficient at designing in all scales from intimate domestic landscapes to large estates in rural areas, from small public realm spaces to broad parkland both throughout the UK and abroad. We also enjoy collaborating with other design professionals such as architects, engineers, developers and artists to create new and exciting private and public spaces.
Areas Served
Based in the south of London, the team has undertaken projects across the southern counties of the UK where the majority of our work is located, around the rest of the United Kingdom and now also in Europe and South East Asia.
