About Us

Light In Art UK presents its stunning collection of hand crafted, specially designed stained glass lighting. Shima’le Peleg’s artwork is a beautiful and very rare combination of two distinct crafts – handmade glass and custom made lighting fixtures. The result is a magical mixture of art and light. Every piece contains glass that shines like precious stones, thanks to the very latest technology in interior lighting. The Light In Art collection includes ceiling fixtures, chandeliers, wall fixtures and painted glass. Some pieces in the collection create an atmosphere of classical warmth ideal for the traditional house, others will suit more open spaces in modern home designs or larger areas in the hotel or hospitality sector. We pride ourselves in protecting the environment through our products – most of our lighting fixtures are fitted with special LED bulbs which use up to 90% less energy than halogen light bulbs, last much longer and have the added benefit of staying cool and safe to touch. These unique glass designs have been on display in a select number of galleries around the world; e.g. New York, Miami and Los Angeles. They are now available for purchase in the UK for the very first time.
