I am an independent lampshade maker offering a bespoke service of designing and making lampshades to order.
The soft lampshades I make, either tailored or gathered, involve the fabric and lining being stretched, pinned in place and then hand stitched using traditional techniques. The firm lampshades I make have hand rolled edges. All shades can have a choice of trims added as required.
My work also includes re-covering vintage lampshades and running lampshade making workshops.
