“I used Trendy Flooring to supply and install new parquet walnut flooring (and skirting boards) as part of full property refurbishment and was really happy with the customer service, professionalism and workmanship. The team of fitters that did the installation were very polite, whatever questions or requests I had were never an issue for them but most importantly the end product was to a very high standard. There were some bespoke details that I needed and the team always came up with various options for me to consider that I was really pleased about rather than it being a problem. Several fitters were used on the project and I was initially concerned about the consistency however this didn't last for long as I quickly saw that each person Trendy Flooring used was very experienced and skilled. Finally, the customer support from Simeon before, during and after the installation was excellent. If I had any questions on the care and maintenance of the flooring, wanted to add materials to the order, change dates to suit my schedule, etc he was always there to respond and accommodate my requests.
