“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! The results of her design work and project management are there for you to see on her design pages. I would recommend her unequivocally.”

Lauren helped us through our first floor renovation, which involved installing a 22' beam that allowed for three rooms to be combined into a large space to accommodate the kitchen and dining space. With this new space, Lauren was able to create a space for us to have a walk in pantry, a fabulous & functional open kitchen, and a beautiful dining space. We renovated our bathroom as well with Lauren and it is now a fresh space that we love so much. This renovation has completely transformed the way our young family of 6 lives in our house and we could not be more delighted with the outcome! Lauren was wonderful to work with...she communicated well, listened closely to our wants and needs, gave multiple options for us to choose between, and was attentive throughout the entire process.”
