Looked at each room and gave us an itemized quote for the exact level of detailed work we were requesting. They didn't even use subcontractors. It’s all their team, taking great care to deliver a quality finished product. Loved the level of communication with everyone too! I don't have before photos, but the brightness and the smoothness of the walls/ceilings is so precise. We will definitely be calling HR Building Renovations team for future projects we have coming up to fix up this home of ours. Thank you!

I was impressed that the owner personally stops by the house to check on progress from time to time. Their style is unique from other builders in the area and a great value for the price. They installed new blinds for us in our contract & they put in very nice ones.

Built a new home in 2022, been in it for over a year now. The design process was excellent...The house was finished on-time, and was built to our expectations. They resolved the few minor warranty issues we had during the first year! Overall, it was a positive experience and everyone we dealt with was easy to work with.

Great experience from beginning to end. Ben was the one who worked with us to provide the estimate and answer our questions/advise on various products and services to meet our specific needs--great communicator and a pleasure to work with. Super kind, patient, communicative, and knowledgeable. The painters working did an amazing job on our home (they painted everything--baseboards, walls, ceilings, doors and doorways) and we have ZERO complaints. I should note that they may not be the cheapest option but they were able to flawlessly execute our vision, which included several drywall repairs and a particularly intricate stairway design. Also, we were on a very tight timeline to have this project complete and they finished EARLY. Highly recommend this company to customers who want as little stress as possible with maximum results.
