R. Purvis - Property Services is a family run business based in Essex and working across London and the Home Counties. We are a husband (Richard) and wife (Beth) team working from our home to save costs on overheads to allow us to price our work at an affordable level. Having been through hard times ourselves we know how important it is to get value for money and we offer top quality workmanship at a sensible price. Since starting our own business we have not looked back with most of our work coming from customer referrals. When our employment looked shakey in the recent recession we decided we needed to do something drastic. With over 15 years experience in the construction industry Richard recognised that he had a wide range of skills that were not being fully utilised. We also realised that people and businesses still needed to maintain their properties, they just needed to get the work done for less without losing the quality......and now we work for ourselves with Richard providing a quality affordable service covering a variety of different types of work and Beth at home doing the books!
