Maui Windows & Doors

This company should not even be on the Houzz website. They have the worst customer service and don't complete their contracts. We ordered 3 exterior custom doors from them, paid them as per contract, then they tell us they WON"T install them and to find a "Handyman". So they are NOT completing the contract and leaving us with these doors they sold us. We would have NEVER purchased from them if we knew they were just going to sell us doors with no install.

I had heard about Maui WIndows and Doors on the radio and decided it was time to replace the broken window in our bedroom. The window would no longer open and I was resigned to the fact it would cost us a boat load of money to have it replaced. So I grit my teeth and went in to Maui Windows and Doors where I was immediately helped by Trish Egge the Vice President of the company. She was knowledgable and friendly and she saved us a ton of money by suggesting we replaced the broken crank on the window instead of replacing the entire window. She showed me how to locate the etched identification numbers on the glass to determine the window manufacturer and model number and then reccommende a handy-man to do the job. That to me is service and even though we didn't end up buying a window from her, in the future Maui Windows and Doors will be on the top of our shopping list. Thank you, Trisha!
