About Us

We specialise in designing, building and renovating residential properties within West London and areas across the M25. Our passion lies in creating beautiful homes and helping our clients create their ideal living environment. Our teams have been working within the industry over the past 15 years. And what's more, we are forever recruiting new talent to expand our workforce.

Services Provided

Design: Our in-house consultants are experienced in commercial and residential properties. Able to adhere to the challenges of the 'London' home, we bring imaginative solutions and an eye for detail to each project, taking the time to deliver what our clients want. Build: With the majority of trades in-house, we can monitor and control the quality of the work. All our new business comes from our existing clients, their friends and contacts. All of our customers have seen and experienced our work before the build begins. Glaze: Thinking about transforming your home with modern and stylish sliding and bi-folding doors? Complete the look with windows to match. We have relationships with a range of fabricators who only manufacture premium aluminium glazing solutions.

Richings Design & Build are a great company who have assisted me through my large single storey extension and have done an amazing job. They were easy to talk to regarding any changes or concerns and accommodated them with ease. As the client, you are kept well informed via email and phone on the progress of your planning application and build. They offer the whole package and take care of everything leaving you less to worry or stress about. Their attention to detail and dedication is why I will definitely be using them on my next project. A great team of professionals who give the profession a good name.
