“I called Benjamin Plumping for a service call, not a huge project. My garbage disposal was on the fritz. They sent someone quickly, the service man was on time, friendly, and transparent. We ended up replacing my junk disposal for a shiny new one. One simple flat fee for service and parts, quick installation. Since we recently purchased our home, it was interesting that the plumber had been in the house and could give us some insight on what work he had previously done there. We learned a couple of things to watch out for! I would call them again for any service I need.”

“Capitol Plumbing has been our sole plumbing contractor for more than 15 years. We have hired them for everything from minor repair issues to installation of fixtures and appliances, to major bathroom remodeling projects. They are professional, and in our opinion, artists in the practice of plumbing installation. The jobs are not only completed in a timely fashion, the workmanship reflects thoughtfulness and pride in the work. They pay attention to the function and space management of projects when working around the other mechanicals in the home. We never consider using anyone else for our plumbing work, and have recommended Capitol Plumbing to countless friends and acquaintances. The major projects were bath and kitchen remodels, but our experience with Capitol is ongoing as new projects come along.”

“Our water heater pilot would not stay lit and the tank was starting to leak so it was time to replace. Called Arndt $ Son Plumbing. They were very helpful and gave me several options. I scheduled the replacement, but it got cancelled due to bad weather and slippery road conditions. We live out in the country on side roads. As a safety professional myself, I appreciated their concern and we rescheduled. I had the pilot running with no issues so the delay did cause any problems. On the revised delivery date, Tyler arrived exactly on time after sending us a heads up email. Again this was greatly appreciated since we had house pets to manage. After Tyler arrived we discussed the installation and had a slight change in plans. It was no problem for him and the installation was complete in less than 3 hours. The installation area was perfectly clean and the old unit was gone. Tyler even had a little fun with one of our dogs following him around outside and supervising the work. This was our second great experience with Arndt. We will call them again if we have other problems. Great service!”
