I contacted Pegasus, our local builder, to seek help as a matter of some urgency! Although clearly busy, Pegasus responded straight away, sending a senior manager to assess the situation, which my wife and I - senior citizens who live on our own - much appreciated. They were then able to provide a very good workman to investigate and identify the cause of the leak which was then quickly rectified. Further work was then carried out to repair the damage prior to another local company laying the new floor covering. We are very grateful to Pegasus for their prompt action leading up to Christmas, to what was to us a crisis; all those we met and spoke to were always very helpful and pleasant and thoroughly professional and workmanlike at all times.”
