Intecho design, programme and install the most sophisticated of smart home technologies for both private homes and commercial buildings. We have been delivering exquisite smart building technologies for 10 years whilst evolving and developing the technical capabilities and expertise within our ever expanding team. We pride ourselves as a team on our versatility, which enables us, unlike most, to understand and deliver the complex demands of both residential and commercial specifications which have considerably varied and contrasting complexities. We have had the honour of delivering smart building controls to the new medical facility for wounded soldiers at the DNRC, and worked on the spectacular and visually striking designs for the likes of Annabels, The Ivy, Sexy Fish, Bentley, Prada. While we enjoy and take pride in our commercial projects, turning the dreams of our residential customers’ new build or refurbished properties into the beautiful reality of their family home, and seeing the joy that this brings to our customers always delivers a true sense of gratification to our team.

Intecho are a full service home and commercial automation company. We picked them for our home as they have the team size (not a one-man-band), expertise and determination to implement the best system possible. Unlike other companies they are not in bed with any one hardware or software provider so they offered me a range of options to choose from to build the bespoke system we needed. The end result is a fully automated house that can be controlled anywhere in the world. That includes hundreds of lights, more than 100 speakers, 10 TV's, 16 CCTV cameras, security systems, gates, full Dolby Atmos home system, Control4 interface via phones and touch screens, air conditioning and heating controls. 5 star!

On the basis of a recommendation from a previous client, we commissioned Intecho to advise on, design and implement a comprehensive AV, home automation & security solution at a listed hall for a demanding client. Intecho's approach and delivery exceeded our (already high) expectations and those of our client. And not just in terms of the initial deliverables, but perhaps more importantly for the ongoing support and maintenance; often going above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of the systems and swift rectification of any early teething troubles.
