Holmes Project Management Ltd provided project management from our initial planning application right through to completion of the main build and then through landscaping design and installation. Matt provided us with regular reports on costs and programme, so that we were aware of the impact of any changes we made along the way. Importantly, Matt identified the need for a redesign of our original architects layout and liaised with the structural engineer to provide the design and layout we wanted but at a substantially reduced cost that remained within the budget. Matt also liaised with our chosen bathroom suppliers and resolved several issues we had with them. He managed the kitchen design and layout on site and found a kitchen supplier who provided exactly what we wanted within our budget. Our work commitments took us away a lot throughout the build and so Matt worked with us to provide updates at times that suited us and we felt fully confident that he would manage the works whilst we were away. Matt ensured a very high quality and standard of work throughout, whilst maintaining good relationships with contractors. We are delighted with the outcome and love spending time in our new home. We employed Holmes Project Management to handle the design and build of a significant kitchen/dining/utility and outside decking space refurbishment. Matt, the programme manager, was a trusted partner throughout the process and shouldered all the stress of liaising with a variety of professionals, as well as providing recommendations and suggestions when choices became a tad overwhelming as they do in any build project! The project came in within budget and just about on time and, most importantly, we are delighted with the results.
