Speedy Locksmith Richmond

What a relief to finding these locksmiths! I somehow managed to lock myself out of my own apartment and spent a good amount of time calling locksmiths. I called Speedy Locksmith Richmond and they told me 30 to 40 minutes due to distance so I said I would try and find someone quicker. I called a few other companies who promise 15 minutes and of course, that didn't happen. Called Speedy Locksmith Richmond again, they quoted me over the phone and sent someone out. Their locksmith, called within a few minutes to confirm address and was on his way. He called again to let me know he was still on his way and where he was. He was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, due to my key type, the door handle had to be broken but he put a new one on to last me through the night and showed me exactly what kind to buy and how to do it myself to save money! Tonight started as a nightmare but thanks to Speedy Locksmith, the problem was solved! They even called me later tonight just to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of! Exceptional customer service, legitimate company, and based on other quotes I received their prices are very fair. Thank you big time!
