Tim and the Edge bespoke team, understood our vision for an industrial luxe staircase and helped us to achieve exactly what we had imagined. Nothing is too much trouble, they supplied 3d and 2d drawings during the design process and adapted the designs to our feedback. We had some complicated led lighting requirements that they assisted with making the right mounting locations for. The kept to the timeline that they promised even squeezing us in so we would have treads for christmas, Onsite they have a great attention to detail and are very careful in your house. Totally recommend them if you are looking for a fab unique one off staircase.

Edge Bespoke fitted the glass balustrade on a floating stair for a one-off house we designed in Berkhamsted. They had excellent knowledge and advice on fitting methods and helped us to resolve a complicated glass bridge balustrade detail. The final result was exceptional with a great attention to detail. Terry initially took our enquiry and visited us to discuss our options. He spent time explaining the different methods and came up with an idea based on our vision and budget. Terry then took measurements and went away to provide us with a complete design. Communication throughout was excellent and every single query we had was answered. Construction & Installation was handled by Tim, Terrys son, and the team and again the work was first class. We had a few installation snags dealt with efficiently and now have a completed project. When building a bespoke staircase is planned down to the letter, just like any prestigious engineering job. Everything drawn up and looking good. However everyone knows that the best laid plans of man are the delight of the gods. As Wyrd, Verðandi, and Skuld were stirring their pot and fate was rolling the dice you knew they were in for a bit of fun! What has impressed me about Edge is the way they worked, communicated and adapted to ensure that we ended with the beautiful staircase we expected. The building project has now been completed. The stairs, which we love, remain the central feature of a remarkable build. We have been blessed with the talented people involved and I would like to send Tim and Tom a big thank you for their efforts. Well done chaps.

Highly recommended. Tim and his his team designed and produced a beautiful new staircase for our 1654 house. Despite the age of the house we had decided to replace the rustic staircase with a modern design in steel and oak. Communication was excellent and the installation, which wasn’t easy, went without a hitch. We are thrilled with the result.

Tim and the guys at Edge Bespoke came highly recommended by PJT Design, who was involved in the design and planning permission approval for our project. They agreed to take on a difficult staircase design as the opening to the first floor was at the very minimum acceptable limits required by building control. My wife and I wanted a contemporary design with open treads to compliment the open plan design of the ground floor. We also wanted the staircase to have an industrial look and feel but without looking too much like a fire escape. Terry visited the site on several occasions to discuss our requirements and take measurements and to talk us through the art of the possible. He then provided some preliminary drawings for our approval. Once we had agreed the design the whole team at the factory swung into action and we had the steel stair stringers installed on site within a couple of weeks. Once the floors had been finished the team came back over a period of 3 days and painted the stringers, installed the oak treads and fitted the handrails and first floor balustrades. This is a true family business and throughout we were impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Needless to say we are absolutely delighted with our stairs, Edge Bespoke managed to interpret our vision perfectly and we had no hesitation in getting them to manufacture and install the bedroom balcony balustrade at the same time.
