I ordered a Principal System balustrade in mirror polish with bronze glass with marine grade handrail and fixings – it is fabulous. From the start of the project, I had endured many setbacks with contractors letting me down, even finding a millboard decking contractor was a problem culminating in long delays. I explained all of this to Mark, and he worked with me to deliver the balustrade components on a date that fitted in with the delayed work. I can truly say that dealing with Mark and his team was a breath of fresh air, the product is amazing with easy-to-understand installation guides that meant my contractor had no problems erecting the balustrade - and the glass is just gorgeous.
