Terrible company. Untrustworthy and very slow. They were engaged to provide building regulations inspection and sign off for our new-build home. After discussion, the inspector agreed in writing to sign off on a part of the heating system that we could have had inspected by the local council - so we cancelled our appointment with the council. Several months later, after many delays by ACS, we urgently needed our buildings completion certificate in order to draw down our mortgage before the mortgage offer expired. At that point ACS reneged on their previous agreement and refused to sign off on the heating system unless we permanently removed it. We had to engage a solicitor to threaten legal action against them, and in the end the agreed to a temporary removal which wasted several hours of our time. Do not trust this company with your project.
