At the recommendation of my Builder I visited the HomeHub Showroom in Bracknell. I found everybody there was very professional from the outset. They provided my 'No obligation' Quote based on the Plans and Schedule I provided to them. I specified an installation with trickle vents at the heads of most windows. I also wanted triple glazing to the north side of my house which I was extending, the main benefits being slightly improved thermal properties and much improved sound insulation. This was well worth doing. HomeHub kept me advised of progress of manufacture and proposed installation dates.
The Installation crew was very professional, tidy when on site and when leaving site. I was invited to inspect all of their work, following removal of each existing door and window, and then again following installation of the new windows and doors. The crew were very friendly and courteous at all times.
I have several friends who have used HomeHub before and they all recommended them to me.

Patio doors and roof lights were ordered during Covid19 period so I might have received a different service. Installation of patio doors was very good: arrived as planned, professional team who were helpful, polite. Lots of delays with roof lights and finishing trim and poor communication about this but I was eventually told that that supply was the problem because of Covid19 and offered apology.
Product looks as though it will be good and customer service was also good by the end of project.

Home Hub installed 15 windows and a front door and stripped out all the old wooden 1960s glazing in my 3 storey masionette. It was a tough job and quite unique but as the customer, it was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. I’m very glad I chose Home Hub and will be using them in the future. The install is of a very high quality.
