Cannot recommend Sheerwater glass enough, from start to finish everything was done in an amazingly professional way. Every little detail was taken care of and all the windows and doors were completed to an exceptional standard. Paul was with us throughout and told us what he was doing and what to expect, he is a master at his craft.

My experience with this company has not been great We contacted them to have 5 windows installed and initially they sent us a quote. As per initial quote, 2 out of 5 windows were sash windows. We asked them for a specific pattern and they said this would not change the quote compared to the plain sash windows included in the initial quote and we agreed these would be installed They installed instead the 2 plain sash windows, and not those with the patter we agreed on. When raised the issue, they to downplay the mistake and offered no solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Due to this poor communication and management of issues occurred, I would not recommend them

Extremely pleased with the installation of the Velux windows. Highly recommended!! Excellent professional company from start to finish. The cherry on the cake was the complete de-sanitisation of the area. Will definitely be using them again and have already put in another potential enquiry!

Used Sheerwater Glass a few times over the last 20 odd years. Always very professional and turn up when they say they will. We had a large window removed with the brickwork below and replaced with French doors. Both the fitters very polite and left the excellent job very clean removing all the old brickwork and window.

An excellent job. I recently had a new front door fitted. Unfortunately this was damaged but the team at sheerwater glass dealt with this in a very professional manner. The team were friendly and approachable and always rang me when they said they would. Although there were difficulties in obtaining a new door from the manufacturer (during covid lockdown) the team kept me informed at all times. I cannot thank them or praise them highly enough. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new door. Thank you Sheerwater Glass.

Wow !! Just wanted to share our feelings about our recent dealings with this Company. From our initial contact and appointment with Mr Steve Smith right through to installation by the expert team of Paul and Dan. Everything went smoothly. Expert advice from Steve saw us choose the exact right product for our needs. The Installation team turned up on time and set to work. Just a few short hours later our new door was fitted. The quality of the work is exceptional .This company is highly recommended.

I can not recommend Sheerwater Glass highly enough - what a fabulous company and amazing service from ordering my bifold doors to full installation. My doors needed urgent replacement and the company kept to their word by making my order a priority and then fitting them immediately on arrival in the company. Communication was excellent and I was kept up to date. The fitting crew were outstanding. All in all a brilliant experience and I highly recommend Sheerwater Glass. Very impressed with the high quality of windows that were fitted today! It's a fantastic service from start to finish really. Was kept informed from the day they were ordered as to when they would be installed. The installers- Damian and Callum, arrived on time, worked hard and were efficient. Both observed Covid-19 regulations. Damian and Callum did a very neat job with no damage or need to decorate afterwards. The windows were fitted to a very high standard and we are delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend SWG as well as the above installers. Thank you.
