We love Your Price Express. As a quality no nonsense builder its important that people we use deliver the quality end product we demand for our customers. It has taken us years to find an outfit like YPE. The attention to detail and customer service is great and the products are all top quality. We are now on our 6th project together. We have had U-Pvc windows and doors, U-Pvc sash windows, Origin Aluminium windows and Origin folding sliding and sliding door fitted. From one window to whole houses, fantastic. Some subcontractor need the right team around them to be their best, these guys are stand alone superb.

I recently had 2 Origin front doors fitted and an internal UPVC door with satin glass. Your Price Windows were very prompt with their initial visit, communication was excellent, my estimate was quickly received and they were able to answer all my questions and discuss options. It was also very helpful going to their showroom in Sutton where you can actually see a large selection of different windows and doors. With doors especially, being so expensive, it's perfect to see them displayed in order to help you make the right decision. It's an expensive mistake to make otherwise! The doors themselves are top quality, very current, high security and look very stylish. They have given the front of my house a refreshed uplift towards the modern build. The only reason why I have not highlight 'value' above, is that, Your Price Windows are, by comparison, fairly priced. However, the doors are very expensive but then you get what you pay for. I obtained competitive prices from 3 companies and the prices were all very similar so it is the product which is expensive not the company who you order from. Kirk, who fitted my doors from Your Price Windows is very polite, prompt, does what he says he is going to do, works tidily, clears up at the end of each day and apart from supplying him with coffee, you don't really know you've got him! He works from the minute he arrives to the minute he goes home. If I was to find one negative point about these doors, it would be the locks. They are such high security, initially, they are quite stiff and I have had difficulty in opening them from the inside out and outside in. However, Your Price Windows have adjusted them for me which has made them easier and I'm told that once they have been used for a while, they settle down and should become easier still. To be fair, they are easier now they have been adjusted but I'm looking forward to them wearing in a little more. I can highly recommend Your Price Windows in every way. They care about their customers and are very easy to deal with. They turn up when they say they will, keep in contact with you so you know what is happening with your order and, so far, appear to have a caring and responsive after sales care to ensure complete satisfaction. I'm very happy with my purchase and with Your Price Windows.

Just completed another successful project with YPW. As usual it was done much faster than we have experienced with other suppliers. The quality of the product was also great and everyone is really happy with how the windows and doors have enhanced the look of the building. As always it was a pleasure working with them, I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

I was very pleased with the outcome but f working with YourPrice. The initial consultation was efficient and informative. On the day of the survey they couldn’t make it but let me know ASAP 8.15am so as not to inconvenience me. The very next day the actual co- owner was there first thing and did the measuring. The actual fitting went very well and the fitter did a brilliant job on the two windows, one of which was building out one side of a window to compensate for interior pipe work. It was very tricky but looked great at the end. Their lead time was well within the 3 weeks stated so which is crucial when doing this job as it was new build. I would definitely recommend this company.
